What you’ll be doing:

• Complete scoping requirements for each project, converting the requirements into project steps with an understanding of dependencies and timeline
• Understanding the details of the data science models, and technical and functional aspects
• Superb communication with collaborators from different business units
• Effectively update the head of customer insights on risk, issues, or blockers

What we are looking for:

Technical skills:

• Demonstrable experience in an analytics role (preferably in the field of the customer, product, or marketing) with a focus on creating analyses and delivering customer insights
• Good experience working in analyzing, exploring, and mining large data sets to support reporting and data science model building
• Strong data & analytical skills & track record of delivery in designing and performing complex data analyses
• Strategic understanding – ability to connect data, analytics, and critical thinking
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills
• Microsoft Excel, Python or R, and Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Data visualization skills
• Data Science Model Development

Minimum education:
